Publishing History...
This book was first published in 1978. A second
edition came out in 1980. By 1990, it had sold
200,000 copies worldwide, most of them through
direct marketing.
In 1996, Victor Boc revised the entire
manuscript and released the trade-paperback
version for wide distribution into bookstores.
This third edition was published by Vorco
Publishing and distributed by Midpoint Books.
Two years later, in 1998, the major publishing
house Putnam picked up the book and published it
for worldwide distribution. Specifically, that
edition was published by Perigee
Books, a division of The Berkley Publishing
Group, a member of Penguin Putnam, Inc. Both of
these last two editions are still available.
Now... in the year 2007, Victor has again
updated the text. This time, the latest version
is available only in this e-book edition. It can
be obtained from this website. |
